Do you use Shopify or something else?
Mostly Shopify, because for small businesses it is the best balance of powerful and easy to run yourself. If you have a strong reason to use something else, tell me in our chat and we will talk it through.
Can I add and edit products myself?
Yes, and I make sure you can. Once your store is built I show you how to add products, change prices and manage orders. You will not need to come back to me for everyday changes.
How much does an online shop cost?
It depends on how many products you have and how custom you want it. I give you a clear fixed price after our chat, with no surprise costs later. You will also have Shopify's own monthly fee, which I will explain plainly.
Can you move my existing shop to a new design?
Yes. If you already sell online but your store looks dated or is hard to use, I can redesign it or move it onto Shopify and bring your products across.
Do you handle the photos and product descriptions?
I can help with both. Good photos and clear descriptions sell products, so I will guide you on images and can write descriptions that answer what customers actually want to know.
